Power Washing & Landscaping in Summerville, SC

Home base — no drive; this is where Blue Tiger is based

Summerville is my home turf — soft washing under the pines, lawn care and seasonal leaf cleanup, done by me from start to finish.

Pressure washing and lawn care in my own backyard

Summerville isn’t a service area for me, it’s home. I live here, I run Blue Tiger out of my house here, and I do every job myself. So when someone in the Historic District, out near Legend Oaks Plantation, or over in one of the newer neighborhoods like Nexton, Cane Bay or White Gables calls me, there’s no drive across the metro to factor in. I can often get eyes on a job the same week.

If you live here, you already know the deal with the pines. Summerville didn’t earn the name “Flower Town in the Pines” by accident, and the tree ordinance keeps that canopy thick on purpose. The Pine is Sacred, and I’m not arguing with that, but all that shade has a downside. Damp, shaded siding grows green and gray algae fast, north-facing walls especially. That’s why the call I get most around town is for gentle house soft washing, which uses low pressure and the right cleaning solution to lift that growth off vinyl, brick and Hardie without blasting it.

The other thing the pines guarantee is straw. Lots of it, year-round, plus a brutal yellow pollen layer every spring that coats everything from your porch rails to your driveway. A big part of my work here is leaf and seasonal cleanup, clearing pine straw out of beds and off roofs and gutters, and washing that pollen film off concrete and screened porches once the worst of it passes.

Beyond that, the everyday stuff keeps me busy. Plenty of folks want regular lawn mowing and maintenance on a schedule they don’t have to think about, and shaded ridge lots mean shrubs and azaleas that need shaping, which is where hedge and shrub trimming comes in. Azalea Park is the obvious showpiece, but half the yards in the older parts of town have azaleas that want a trim after they bloom.

Driveways and walkways here pick up the same shade-driven algae the houses do, so concrete cleaning is a regular ask, and on the damp, tree-covered lots common around Summerville, decks and patios go slick and green quickly, which makes deck and patio cleaning worth doing before someone slips.

Being local means I’m honest about what your house actually needs. If a soft wash will do it, I’m not going to talk you into more. And because I’m right here in town, scheduling tends to be easy and I can work around the weather and your week.
